Power yoga is known for it’s rigorous movement. The movement of power yoga causes your muscles to warm up, stretch to release lactic acid and strengthen the whole muscle. We add in heat to give you a purifying sweat that enables your muscles to stretch a little further and flush your system. Power yoga is a compliment to your athletic, sport oriented training that can reduce injury, promote mindfulness and focus as well as enable deeper breathing. Bring your team to the studio, invite a Soul Fire teacher to your practice facility or gather your team virtually for an hour of power that will leave you rinsed, stretched & create a regular yoga practice to enhance your performance.
