200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training starts January 2022

The Soul Fire Power Yoga Teacher Training Program is a leadership training that will empower you to show up bigger in every area of your life. Our program is based in the Baptiste Methodology of yoga, on and off your mat. Yes, you will learn how to teach a powerful Baptiste inspired yoga class. You will also emerge ready to lead yourself with purpose, to new discovery, insight and breakthroughs that contribute to the legacy you leave in the world. Our commitment is in supporting you along the way in becoming the teacher you are capable of being.

The program is lead by Andrea McGee and supported by Soul Fire Power Yoga teachers.

Yin Immersion 25 hour

Yin Yoga is a style of yoga which targets the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis & lower spine through poses held for 3-5 minutes. Many people find that this practice has a transformative effect on both body & mind.
During this 25 hour training, you will:
*learn the fundamentals of yin yoga
*how to effectively & functionally sequence a yin class
*modifications for poses & effective use of props
*gain insight into teaching & communication techniques to empower your students & their practices
The training is in-class learning, practical application of content, yin practices & homework (25 hours) plus a manual.
This training is for any level of practitioner or teacher.

Meditation Immersion 25 Hour

Yoga is more than just moving your body, sweating, stretching and getting stronger. These are all great attributes, for sure. Meditation compliments asana (yoga poses) and is a stand alone source for improving your life. If you do yoga, you can meditate. If you don’t do yoga, you can meditate.
What is possible from a regular meditation practice? Improved sleep, lower blood pressure, calmer demeanour, care more about significant life occurrences and care less about meaningless events, improved posture, clearer thinking & decision making & deeper breathing.
Join Mike Cheliak, guest facilitator with Soul Fire Power Yoga in a 25 hour Meditation Immersion. This 2 weekend training will support you to develop your own meditation practice, debunk your doubts, by-pass your fears and learn to meditate for yourself.
Upon completion of this training, you will have developed your own meditation practice. You will be certified to guide individual meditations as well as group meditations.
