Refund Policy
All membership/class fees must be paid in full, regardless of usage.
There is NO REFUND in whole or in part.
Class passes will expire and must be used one calendar year from date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
There will be NO HOLDS and NO EXTENSIONS.
Class passes can be shared with another individual.
Merchandise: All sales are final. No refunds. Exchange or in-store credit only.
Monthly Autopay Membership Agreement
The Monthly Autopay Membership renews automatically with your credit card on file. There is a 3 payment cycle minimum for any autopay membership. You can terminate anytime after that with a 28 day written notice. The payment cycle is 28 days.
Purchase Policy
Methods of Payment. You may pay online with VISA or MASTERCARD. In-studio we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cash or debit card.
Prices are indicated in Canadian dollars.
Sales Tax (HST)
Canadian HST will be collected on all Yoga and Pilates classes (pre-registered and drop-in), packages, workshops and retail item purchases (clothing, yoga mats, yoga accessories, etc).
Late Cancel/No Show Policy
Soul Fire Power Yoga has a Late Cancel/No Show Policy. If you register for a class and do not come to the class, arrive late for class or cancel within 8 hours of the class time, you will be charged $15 CDN per class.

AWARENESS OF RISKS
• I acknowledge that the instruction offered by Soul Fire Power Yoga is limited to that of instruction in basic yoga & fitness training.
• I acknowledge that there are risks associated with participation in the activities & programs offered or sponsored by Soul Fire Power Yoga, in-studio and online. I have informed myself & understand the risks associated with my participation in these activities and programs & (where applicable) my use of the facilities, including the risk of personal injury, and I freely accept these risks, whether I am participating in-studio or online offerings.
• I understand that I am free to withdraw from or reduce my participation in the activities & programs offered or sponsored by Soul Fire Power Yoga at any time.
• I am not aware of any medical condition that would affect my ability to participate in the activities & programs offered or sponsored by Soul Fire Power Yoga. If I have any concerns about my medical condition. I will consult with my physician before participating in the activities & programs offered or sponsored by Soul Fire Power Yoga.
• I am aware that photos and videos may be taken during classes, in-studio or online, and used on social media for promotional purposes.
COVID-19/CORONAVIRUS
I acknowledge that due to the contagious nature of COVID-19, I hereby assume all risks that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending and participating in any class(es) and all activities at Soul Fire Power Yoga. I acknowledge and understand that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability and death. I understand that the risk of being exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at Soul Fire Power Yoga may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself or other, including, but not limited to, instructors, employees, volunteers, and other patrons. I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself, my family or others that I may come in contact with. I waive, release, discharge and otherwise hold harmless Soul Fire Power Yoga and its instructors, staff, employees, affiliates, volunteers, successors and assigns from any and against any and all liabilities, claims, causes of action and losses in connection with COVID-19, including, but not limited to death, disability, personal injury, mental harm or any other damage or actions of any kind which may arise from or in any way relate to my attendance at and/or participation in the class(es) and/or events held by Soul Fire Power Yoga. Soul Fire Power Yoga shall do everything we can to maintain a sanitary environment, equipment and facilities. However, due to the contagious and asymptomatic nature of COVID-19, Soul Fire Power Yoga makes no guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied, regarding the presence of COVID-19 at or in its facilities.
Release And Waiver
In consideration of the acceptance of my registration for the activities and programs offered or sponsored by Soul Fire Power Yoga, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, or any others who may claim on my behalf, promise not to sue, and hereby waive, release and discharge Soul Fire Power Yoga and anyone acting for or on its behalf, from any and all claims of liability for personal injury, illness, loss of life or property damage of any kind or nature, arising out of or sustained in the course of my participation in the activities and programs offered or sponsored by Soul Fire Power Yoga. This Release and Waiver applies to all claims, foreseen or unforeseen, including negligence and breach of statutory or other duty of care (including that owed under The Occupier’s Liability Act).
I agree that this Agreement and Release and Waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law. Any provision found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
I have read this document carefully, in its entirety, and acknowledge that I have complete knowledge and understanding of its contents. I recognize that by signing this document I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue. I am signing this document voluntarily.
