What COVID-19 protocols are in place?

We have put into place safety protocols so that we can uphold a clean and safe environment in order you you, our community, healthy while you practice. We have always held high standards in regards to the cleanliness and safety of our studio space and will continue to do so.

Please pre-register for class. We have 24 mat spaces available and may not be able to accommodate a last minute walk-in.

Please remove your shoes & check in with our staff. Once you enter the yoga room, place your mat in a marked spot (tape on the floor). The tape indicates the top of your mat.

Please bring your own yoga mat & props as we do not have any shared equipment available to rent.

Mats, towels and water can be purchased.

During and after class, we clean & sanitize surfaces, high touch points & floors with disinfectant. We use a Health Canada approved air cleaner following each class. Our classes are well spaced apart time wise so we can efficiently clean the space for you.

Late arrivals can not be accommodated so as not to disrupt the class once it has started. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of class.

Can I rent a mat?

We have suspended our mat and towel rentals due to COVID-19. Please bring your own props and amenities.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

There will not be a charge for a late cancellation to a virtual class for unlimited memberships. For class pass holders, the late cancellation will result in a class pass deducted from your package.
