The Beginner’s Yoga Series is a 3 week workshop to introduce you to basic foundations of power yoga. Each week introduces an aspect of power yoga to empower you in your yoga practice. Whether you are brand new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, this workshop will benefit all levels of practitioner.
