Class Descriptions

SF Power 45/60 – Our classes are ALL LEVELS Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga classes – we flow with the poses with breath in a heated room. 45/60 minutes in length. 

SF Beats – These energetic classes are taught to music. Be inspired, let loose and flow to the beats. These classes are offered in-person, in the studio only in our heated room.

SF Deep Flow – A slower-paced class where you will hold poses for longer periods of time, allowing deep release of tension and stress. An all-levels class ideal from runners, cyclists, and professional sitters. 60/75 minutes in length, in our heated room. 

Soul Fire Yin – Yin Yoga is an unheated class that focuses on slow, gentle poses to deeply stress, compress & release fascia in order to strengthen joints and the spine. Poses are mat-based and held for 3-5 minutes. 

Soul Fire Hips & Flow – Our signature Journey Into Power flow class in the heated room with targeted, hip opener poses. We recommend that you are familiar with the Journey Into Power flow & sequence. This class is ideal for anyone who has a mid-day break from work at home, is looking for a power yoga class & poses to promote release of muscles around your hips. SF Hips & Flow will focus on a vinyasa flow, hips, range of motion & mobility. This class will support improving your walking/running gait.

HIIT Yoga – HIIT Yoga is High Intensity Interval Training combined with the power yoga you love. We have designed a 45 minute class that combines yoga vibes with a high intensity workout to give you the opportunity to perfectly compliment your yoga practice or physical fitness regime. We incorporate strength, flexibility, balance, agility, and mindfulness to allow you to move with more strength and mindfulness off your mat as well.
This class is great for those who want to add some variation into their routine + love to get their hearts pumping. As always, the effort you put in is up to you. This class is designed to be done in your bare feet & the only props needed are your yoga mat, yoga towel + water. Held in the heated room.

Healing Heroes – Healing Heroes is a trauma-sensitive yoga class for first responders. Call the studio for more details. (*currently suspended)

SF at Home  – Any class listed as At Home is offered virtually, over Zoom, in the comfort of your own space. These classes require pre-registration to receive the virtual link to join class. Registration closes 15 minutes prior to class.

SF Live  – Any class listed as Live are at the studio, held in the heated room unless otherwise indicated. These classes require pre-registration and are subject to our Cancellation Policy.


Reservation Policy

Online reservations must be made to reserve your mat spot in-studio. There is limited space in-studio so walk-ins may not be accommodated.

Cancellation Policy

In-studio reservations must be canceled 8 hours in advance to avoid a late cancel fee of $15 for unlimited memberships or a class for pass holders. There will be no exceptions to this policy.


There are no refunds on memberships.
