This workshop will give you the foundation, as well as an abundance of stretches that will lead you into front, and middle splits! Whether your goal is full splits or a deep stretch, this 2-hour workshop will create the perfect space to lengthen muscles, & devolve tension throughout the lower body. This workshop will be in the heated room.
Who: Anyone interested in learning more about advancing their yoga practice and adding in splits; anyone interested in loosening up their hips; anyone with a sense of yoga adventure!
