CLASSES

SF45/60 - Our classes are ALL LEVELS Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga classes - we flow with the poses with breath in a heated room. 45/60 minutes in length.

SFBeats - These energetic classes are taught to music. Be inspired, let loose and flow to the beats.

FTY60 Follow the Yogi - The teacher participates in the class + focus is on breath and space.

DF Deep Flow - A slower paced class where you will hold poses for longer periods of time, allowing deep release of tension and stress. An all levels class ideal from runners, cyclists, and professional sitters. 60/75 minutes in length.

Yin - Yin Yoga is an unheated class that focuses on slow, gentle poses to deeply stress, compress & release fascia in order to strengthen joints and the spine. Poses are mat based and held for 3-5 minutes.

Unheated Power Yoga (UN) - Baptiste Power Vinyasa Flow in our unheated room.

R+R Rest and Restore - An unheated class that focuses on specific yoga postures while your body is supported with bolsters, blankets and blocks.

HIIT Yoga - An unheated class, high intensity interval training is combined with the power yoga you love. HIIT Yoga moves your body to warm it up, stretch it out and focus on you.  

Soul Fire Community Class for $10 - Cash only. This SF60 class is for anyone to experience yoga! *Class passes, Introductory month and single month memberships are not accepted. SF Community Class is included for yearly and auto-pay memberships.
