Soul Fire Power Yoga is a welcoming yoga community located in St. Catharines, Ontario. Community is at the heart of everything we do. We encourage every individual to bring their unique personalities to the mat. We see you as yourself.
Our passion is to share sweaty, challenging, and fun yoga to inspire you to be your best self.
Whether you’re laying out your mat for the first time or you could practice yoga in your sleep, we welcome everyone at any level into our inviting space. From classes that will make you sweat away life’s worries to restorative practices that bring peace and calm to your body, every class is designed to help challenge and support you through your yoga journey. SOUL FIRE POWER 60 or 45
Our signature class follows the Journey Into Power sequence. JIP is an invigorating, challenging & flowing style of yoga. You will sweat, be rinsed and encouraged to get curious about your practice. These all-levels Baptiste Power Yoga classes are in our heated room.
SOUL FIRE BEATS
Our classic Soul Fire Power yoga class with energizing music. The playlists are designed to uplift and invigorate you, support your practice and generate energy from Om to Om. This is an all-levels Baptiste Power yoga class in our heated room.
SOUL FIRE FOLLOW THE YOGI
Our signature 60-minute Journey Into Power flow, where the teacher practices with the students. An invigorating & challenging class with a focus on breath and space. This is an all-levels Baptiste Power yoga class in our heated room.
SOUL FIRE DEEP FLOW
A slower paced Journey Into Power class where you will hold poses for longer periods of time, allowing for deep release of tension and stress. These all-levels classes are ideal for runners, cyclists, and professional sitters. This is Baptiste Power yoga class is 60 or 75 minutes in length, in a heated or unheated room.
SOUL FIRE COMMUNITY CLASS
Community class for $10 – cash only. Our signature class lead by new & seasoned teachers. This 60-minute class is for anyone to experience yoga! No membership nor experience required. This is an all levels Baptiste Power yoga class in our heated room.
SOUL FIRE REST + RESTORE
A gentle, unheated class that uses bolsters, blankets & blocks to support your body in yoga poses. A restorative class is designed to deeply relax your mind and body, thus reducing stress, leaving you feeling renewed. Please wear layered clothing for comfort. Rest and Restore is an all levels class and is in our unheated room.
SOUL FIRE YIN
Yin Yoga focuses on slow and gentle deep tissue stress, compression and release in order to strengthen joints and the spine. Poses are mat based and held for 3-4 minutes to achieve the best results. Yin is an all levels class in the unheated room. Please wear layered clothing for comfort.
